We aim to provide co-curricular activities that permit all interested students an opportunity to participate.

Morning Television News Program

Done before the instructional day starts, under the supervision of Ms. Plesner, fourth and fifth grade students learn how to operate video, run a live feed, and help write the content of our BSE show.  Additionally, they take turns being co-anchor with one of our administration team members to share the news for the day.

School Safety Patrol

Safety patrol members are selected for their leadership, courtesy, dependability, interest in their job, attitude toward others, and scholastic standing.  Safety patrol members assist with unloading cars in the morning, hanging the flags each day, manning the hallways to assist those in need, cafeteria assistance, and more! Members shoulder responsibilities that will strength character and provide an opportunity to help fellow students remain safe at school.

Art Club - Monday & Tuesday 2:15-3:30

Students who are invited to art club are selected based off of their work in class, the way they treat others and conduct themselves as part of the BSE community, good attendance at school to show responsibility and commitment, and their eagerness to learn. Students in art club will get to do a multitude of projects including weaving, beadwork, painting, and collage/decoupage. To be a part of art club, students must maintain good behavior across campus for the entire duration of the club. Any student not being mindful of their behavior will be dismissed from the club.
